Raining Jade came up with an outstanding design based on the brief. You can tell she did her homework to create something unique that would set my brand apart. We had to tweak it slightly from the original to better suit the business and although this took a bit of back and forth, she was always enthusiastic and quick to come back.

of Wharton ***
We are an organization at the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton MBA
Program). This is our inaugural year, and we are men that are looking
to advocate for gender quality in the workforce (both in terms of
titles and pay). Currently, there is a severe imbalance in women's
career growth trajectory. A long-standing organization that has aimed
to combat these issues has been the Wharton Women in Business
organization, aiming to forge networks and support systems within the
female community. While enormous progress has been achieved to date,
even greater strides can be made if all stakeholders - including men -
are included in the discussion. We are the organization within the
student body aimed at changing this mentality.
The number 22 refers to the current gender pay gap.

I think there's a fine line here. The logo/package should look masculine and be designed in a way that men would be proud to represent this organization. It should be a symbol that they can be confident about wearing. However, there's an aspect that needs to be sensitive given the nature of the issues at hand.
