Create a logo design for wholefood deli business in lovely historical town in Australia

We sell deli products (artisan cheeses, charcuterie), gourmet grocery items, bulk wholefoods, meat and poultry raised free-range, without chemicals and in a humane and caring way. Our store is housed in a quaint old building built in the 1800s in a lovely historical town in rural Australia. Our target audience is 20 year olds to 80 years olds - anyone who enjoys flavoursome healthy food that is grown without chemicals with humane animal husbandry practices. We are in a small town one hour from the nation's capital in a traditional farming area so we appeal to the cosmopolitan, urban, hipster consumers who love good food and a day trip to the country, as well as the local community, many whom are growers themselves.

I am looking for a hand-drawn logo that gives the vibe of: organic, wholesome, natural, gourmet, with a rustic and/or historical feel to it - but nothing too feminine or 'twee'. I have attached photos of the building our store will be housed in - but - I do not need a drawing of the buidling in the logo. Building photo is attached to show you the historical nature of the building and town. I have also attached an 1800's sign that I like (the top one - Petri & Butt Engravers on Wood) and some other providore's logos that I like - just to give inspiration!
