We have a group of five beach properties we are aiming to short-term let in Noosa - one of the most beautiful coastal destinations in Australia. Our style is cool laidback coastal luxe - think blonde timbers (elm etc), natural/grey/white linen and beautiful furniture and rugs in mostly in neutral and earthy tones). Sophisticated luxe styling but nothing stuffy. Aspirational, cool and a little bit edgy, but not pretentious. The Lodge Noosa Heads (www.thelodgenoosaheads.com.au) is one of our properties that's already finished. We are looking to rebrand it as "Sable Lodge". All five will be similar in style, but with their own identity.

I am awarding 6 logos in this contest - for our 5 properties requiring different logos + the overall business name that owns them. The logo should be cool and definitely not kitchy! No background drawing/decoration, but just the words. The five different styles are: 1. Sable Beach Flat - super cool beachfront flat, a bit cheeky. Still luxurious. 2. Sable Surf Flat - laid back and refined, but surfside. And luxurious. 3. Sable Beach House - lovely luxurious beachside house but not pompous. Quintessential beach shack. 4. Sable Beach Lodge - cool renovated house not far from the beach, a little retro. Luxurious. 5. Sable Beach Villa - Ultra luxe villa - refined, sophisticated but still very cool. Plus a separate logo for the overall business name that houses the 5 properties - "Sable Stays".
