We sell leadership coaching, training and consulting services that help leaders, teams and organizations excel. We help people become more self-aware of their personal brand, we identify the gaps of where they need to be and where they are and put together a development plan to help them get there. We help teams become more high performing by helping them understand the strengths of each team member and how they each prefer to communicate. This enables team to know how to best leverage each other and communicate with one another. We help leaders create a level of trust and vulnerability within their team so people can be direct, open and honest. We help organizations build and implement a custom and tailored culture that will make them successful in their industry. Why do we do this? We believe people can evolve. We have seen it in others and ourselves and we believe in helping people find their true self so that they can be happy and effective in life. Our clients are new managers, leaders taking on new teams and organizations going through change.

I would like it to have an image with the logo so that I can use the image to refer to the logo so I don't always have to use the words in every situation. The full name of the company is Evolve Leadership Group but I think that is too long for the logo. If there is a way to put leadership group in small letters below the main logo that might be helpful. I like the theme of a mtn because it is about climbing and progress and I love to ski and mtn bike but not wed to it if you think of something better. PLEASE make sure to include the visual component and also provide it separately so I can see how it works on its own. Thank you!!
