Heraclitus said “change is the only constant in life.” I am a professional coach who specializes in navigating moments of change. Regardless of whether you encouraged the change, it can be difficult to steer ourselves to the other side of what we face today. You may have finally been rewarded a promotion for which you’ve fought, you relocated your life to a new community, the company where you work just underwent a management change, you have a new goal for your own business, or you were gifted with (or lost) someone important to you in your life. Through my coaching, I develop an ongoing relationship that helps clients produce extraordinary results in these moments to deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. None of us want to be stuck in a state of change forever. Coaching accelerates the client's progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now, how they want to show up, and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in their future.
