Create a logo to bring 2 companies into 1!

Staples Transport & CityCoast Removals

We move house hold furniture and office furniture etc. We provide all levels of furniture removals such as pre packing un packing. Staples transport targets low to middle income earners and CityCoast removals targets Middle to high income earners.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Yellows: Energy, intellect, fun and youth.
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.

We currently have 2 separate businesses that are operated by the same people and resources, We are looking to combine both businesses into 1 logo. We started staples transport through helping charities and doing the right respectable thing we then bought city coast removals that services the high end of the market, We wish to convey our helpful and welcoming personality into the logo. Our first generic logo was a Smiley face this is continued up till now, we wish to keep this theme or idea somewhere in the logo. I have attached files which include our current business cards for both companies and a sketch of a logo that we have come up with, Feel free to run with this idea and improve it or stray from the sketch and come up with come something completely new.
