This will be for a blog on the topic of how to start a residential property management company from scratch hence the name of the bog, "The Property Management Startup Blog". This is property management of houses that are leased out to tenants. Our target audience is real estate brokers and investors who want to get in the business of renting houses and managing the landlord/tenant relationship.

I prefer a more horizontal logo orientation (long and narrow left to right) versus a logo that takes up a higher ratio of vertical space. This will be used primarily in the banner section of a blog so ensuring it fits well in a horizontal banner without having to size it down rendering it unreadable is important. The overall purpose of this blog will be to help people start their own property management business and experience financial success. Some kind of financial symbolism that represents money or increasing profits over time incorporated into the logo would be nice.
