Create an Innovative forward think logo that will convey renewal and joy

Target audience women between the ages of 28-59 with thyroid, autoimmune, gut, hormone and anxiety issues. We provide natural healthcare services that address the underlying issues causing the above health problems. Our objective is to reveal the underlying cause(s) of their symptoms, repair the physiological mechanisms that are disrupted and restore their health naturally. We also sell natural remedies such as supplements, herbal remedies and homeopathic remedies as well as other natural products to our patients and clients.

I currently have a logo that was created for me in the early 90s so it is somewhat outdated. I would like a refreshed and updated look with the same theme conveying a renewal and joy. I also want to be able to use the logo separate from my name so that I have the option to use the image alone or my name with the image. So it is important that the logo convey the essence of my work even if my name is not included. I've included the original logo. I'm looking for a fresher updated look.
