What’s your company slogan?
Still working on it. "When standard is no longer enough", I don't know. Our homes are generally built 33-37% above the building code so, our buyer is looking for a home that has more than the minimum building standards

We are a residential home builder. We specialize in Green, Healthy,high performing homes, built to the highest levels within Earth Advantage and NGBS. We cater to a move up buyer and empty nesters, depending on the community we are building. Shirrah is a 4 lot neighborhood of modern family homes. Our demo will be young professionals with kids or soon to have kids since it is a block from the elementary school
