Virtual Behavioral Health with a Human Touch
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Forefront Telecare began in 2010 serving remote, rural communities with telehealth psychiatry. Fragile seniors - men and women over 65 - often live in Senior Nursing Facilities or local smaller hospitals and do not get the attention they need for issues with behavioral health (memory care, depression, and quality of life) with all the chronic conditions they have. We bring to the people running the facilities or hospitals, all the equipment and back-end integration they need - so that the elder patient receives virtual care from licensed psychiatrists - as often as they need it. The cost is paid for by Medicare or Medicaid - so the facilities in these remote, rural areas love the opportunity to serve their patients - as well as know they are getting paid quickly. And family members can join in the virtual visit to see that their loved one is getting the care they need - at this stage of their life. The logo is geared towards the "buyer" - as this is a Business to Business company. We do not currently sell to the consumer because for the most part - they are in a facility ... and not in their home. These are their golden years and they often have dementia and several chronic diseases. Their social determinants have them living in these remote, rural areas - the heartland of America often - and they need the help Forefront Telecare provides them. It can change the quality of their life!

clean, updated font, simple but elegant visual that quickly and clearly supports the name, type and visual element fit so effortlessly together
Forefront ... and ... Telecare are both generic words. But Forefront has the potential to help differentiate within the category (ie - it is closer to both "rural" and "frontier", and it brings much needed innovation to rural), and Telecare describes the category itself (which could almost be synonymous with Telehealth or Telemedicine). If you look up the website: http://www.forefronttelecare.com, you will see how a 1989 style website - about the time the Internet was created - looks. It is awful for today's market. Not modern. I love beautiful fonts, that are easy to read. Distinctive lettering (Harper's Bazaar is one of my favorite fashion magazine logos) and color. This is an "end of life" human being - being served in the healthcare industry - in facilities that exist in small / rural and often remote communities. Think of a home where the shopping is done at a Walmart. To get to a Physician is a problem if they are not already in a facility. Often in these rural areas, the industry that surrounded the community is probably closing or has closed. Yet the people are human and need care - just like urban environments. We want these people who "buy" the services of Forefront TeleCare to be proud of the service, the brand, and how it helps their patients! The image / jpeg I am sending says it all. The woman is in the facility. The son is visiting. The nurse is the human touch for this woman and the couple. It does not have to be used in any way. But it will give you an idea of the people Forefront TeleCare serves.
