We will sell mainly gelato. We are opening the second location of this brand - the previous look and branding have to be completely updated. In addition to Gelato, we will sell ice cream cakes, cool milkshakes, and after dinner sorbet. We will cater for a vast range of customers: from young kids to elderly people, from rich to less wealthy people. Since the base of our product is milk we were thinking to place a cow bell at the entrance of our shop. As a consequence of that, a good idea for the logo could be a cow bell symbol with the clapper that looks like a milk drop. PLEASE NOTE: It has to have a cow bell shape and not a regular bell shape . Please check on google images to have an idea of the difference and of its look or see the attached. This will associate our image to the sound that our customers will hear when entering our shop. The point of sale will have exposed brick walls - red on one side and white on the other - a concrete floor, Edison light bulbs, two big glass windows on the entrance, a vintage fridge door as a point of access between the Point of sale and the laboratory - more generally a vintage essential feeling. Both, my business partner and I have traveled the world over the past 8 years. We want to bring fresh ideas to an area which is still stuck into old style. The shop will have to a have a modern look without looking brand new. We are open-minded, social, passionate and honest.
