Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Balcony/yard/terrace garden furniture, decorations, accessories, plants. Making an enjoyable outside space easy for inner-city, time-limited non-gardeners. Vertical planting, balcony bbqs and clever ways of holding your beer are more likely to feature than wheel-barrows, gnomes and wellies. My customers are 25-45, professionals, in inner city apartments with balconies that they would like to make better use of but don't know how to garden and don't want to go to a garden centre, so they'll find me via their smart phones online. Traditionally home decor customers are female but I want to attract both male and female customers.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I'm going heavy on the social media'ing to attract customers that way as well as through google ads so the logo will mostly be online. However, I'm also putting lots of thought into the packaging including (currently at least) spray painting part of the logo onto the postage boxes (current logo, made me, it's awful I know, on the website/twitter etc) so if the logo could include an element that can be used for this purpose that would be great. I will also be using that as a plant-care rating type of thing eg 1 star=easy 3=hard. I don't have anything in mind as to how I want this to look, it could be just the business name or it could have an image, though I would rather avoid a too literal flower logo. I just want an amazing logo, I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!
