About us
Kerr Commercial Group is primarily a commercial property (retail, aerospace, medical, industrial) management company, with about 5% of its revenue generated by multifamily residential property management. There is also a small portion of the business that conducts commercial real estate brokerage services. Our target audience is owners of commercial properties with a market value between $1M and $20M. However we also target small-midsize business owners when initially leasing space and throughout term of a lease.
