Disability Outcomes are clinical and behavioural services, that help people with disabilities and their supports, who want clarity and understanding of complex disability. We believe that supporting you to make real decisions will improve your quality of life. Because we know what it's like to care for someone with disabilities and we believe everyone deserves respect. The best part is we make services simple The owner of the business Dr Fiona Davis, is a leader in health and clinical services with first hand experience of caring for a disabled family member. She can translate the highly complex world of services to ensure those who need the help, get the services they deserve.
The target audience is people with disabilities and their support networks, who aren’t getting acceptable services or have services that are not being implemented well or that are too complex. They need simple communications and dislike complexities right from the outset and throughout the lifetime of care. The primary target is a care provider (parent, spouse) who is entitled to services and is overwhelmed with information. They are struggling to make firm decisions about the best service. They feel like they are part of a huge system and just a number because no-one seems to have time to explain it to them. They wish someone would make it easy for them to get on with helping their family and the people they care about.
