About us

I specialize in selling single-tenant triple-net (NNN) Health Clubs / Fitness Centers around the country. I sell the real estate to large institutions and private investors. I mostly sell LA Fitness and 24 Hour Fitness properties around the country. Investors and Brokers will be visiting my website. I want my logo to be clean and modern similar to the LA Fitness logo. Maybe we can incorporate a dumbbell or wheel or something else that would be within a health club or maybe something that looks like the exterior of a health club.
