We provide writing and consulting services for businesses and non-profits (both large and small), with an emphasis on internal communications. Our services include writing/creating content for any and all needs, from websites and marketing brochures to annual reports and event scripts.

I want to avoid any design that incorporates an upward pointing arrow as part of the U in Upside. I've seen this in several designs of other companies/sites that use the word upside in their materials or logos. Other than that, I'm completely open!
