4MDesigns submitted designs based on our brief to supply a new logo along with the Business name and slogan. Within 4 days they had provided us with such great options and had nailed the brief so well that we awarded them the contest before the competition expired. Along with the logos provided they also provided us with specific file types that we needed. We couldn't recommend 4MDesigns more highly.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
New Home Builder - building new homes for anyone from investors to live in owners. High focus on customer service, sincerity, warmth with a view to creating / tailoring the iconic home as deemed by the client. This is with our regions lifestyle in mind - we are based in Tropical North Queensland and Tropical living, outdoor living, pools, sunshine, warm ocean breezes are all themes of our lifestyle here. Specifically the Whitsundays - please not NO palm trees to be in logo - not even reef references unless can be cleverly intertwined without being the focus. Please note the name and slogan to be in lower case.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
I'd like to explore the following colours:
Blues / Aqua green (the colour of the Whitsunday ocean preferably) not navy, not sky blue.
Greens: Growth, harmony and success, not grass green - more sharp mint colour
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.
LOOKING FOR DESIGN SUGGESTIONS
We DO NOT want a logo with multiple colours - preferably one colour and black or white however will except different shades in the design process (to consider)
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Simple Succinct with a clever incorporation of an icon in the logo - could be a building, could be a reference to the Whitsundays, could be the reef, could be simply an i and an h - something we can use throughout our stationary, branding, that represents us without have to have the words behind the logo (on occasion) words ARE required on the logo for this exercise.
