About us
"Holistic Coaching and Resources for Optimal Health" I offer holistic nutrition and lifestyle counseling for people looking for guidance in improving their health, and my website will be info/resource-based, with links to "alternative" wellness practices, including an extensive glossary of terms and a blog. Within the umbrella of WellnessSAVVY will be several specialty areas such as Nutrition SAVVY, Digestion SAVVY, Energy SAVVY, Garden SAVVY, Family Food SAVVY, etc. I imagine the word "Savvy" to be the key, replicable component of the logo…although I am completely open to whatever works! Thanks ~
