The logo is to be clean, modern and simple with some element of uniqueness. The logo needs to be more horizontal then tall.
The logo can have with or without it (OTP) - one tree planted - as seen in example of Outdoor Nation logo provided
The website style is similar to apple and woodchuckcase - white, clean, simple. But will have environmental imagery within site.
