Malou and I got off to a slow start but he was quick on the recovery and persistent in trying to find what I was looking for, very imaginative and responsive with new ideas to my suggestions. He didn't give up when another designer appeared to be in the lead and never stopped trying to improve on his original design and eventually came up with a design I really liked.
