I have a current logo, which you can see at https://ogalweb.com. The rocket ship has to GO! No more rocket ship! There are some things I like that I would like to keep in the new logo: 1. Sans Serif font (Arboria black (Typekit)) 2. Pictogram/Icon in the "O" of OGAL (that can stand on its own and be incorporated to the full word OGAL) Similar to what you see in my current logo. The rocket fits into the wordmark, but can also stand on its own as an icon using the "O" with the rocket inside. My brand is going to be changing to give the sense of "craftsmanship". My great-grandfather was a watchmaker, my father a carpenter... I like the idea of me carrying on that tradition— but in a new and modern way. The detail and quality of something that has been crafted by an expert— but in a digital world. This is why I'd like to get away from the rocket ship, or "space age" type things. Something more organic in nature and like you'd see for a woodworker, or watch maker— something along those lines. No hand tools like hammers or wrenches or screwdrivers. Could incorporate a gear (possibly?) as that seems to translate a bit better into the digital space (and may fit nicely with the "O"). I will need vector artwork in AI format— as it's likely I will want to tweak and adapt.
