coys.co.nz is trying to position as a super easy to use search engine. The official government New Zealand Companies Office (recently re-designed and re-developed) is a huge waste of money as far as usability goes. Their site is http://www.business.govt.nz/companies/. They spent almost 6 years on this new shiny "masterpiece". Coys was developed within a few weeks on a slim budget out of an enthusiasm and is still free :) Blah blah...
