Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a quick service restaurant, serving rotisserie chicken, sides, sandwiches and salads. We make everything in house and all of our chicken is antibiotic free, hormone free, and cage free. We recently won one of Philadelphia Magazine's Best Of Philly 2012 awards for our Banh Mi sandwich. We are casual and fun, homemade and healthy. Many of our best customers are college students and graduate students. The kind of place you might find in Brooklyn or the lower east side, except we're in Philadelphia. We've been open for a year and a half, so we're here to stay and growing fast. This logo will be a big part of our visual brand. The Philadelphia Market is about 4 million people and we're a retail business with street exposure and menus everywhere. We are trying to be a quick service place that is doing something closer to farm to table than fast food, thus the slogan 'fast slow food' (which, by the way, you do not necessarily have to incorporate).

We are looking to expand our operations in the coming years to include multiple locations. With hope, this logo will be on hats, t-shirts, menus, signage, advertising, the web, stickers, packaging, gift cards, business cards, etc. We love creative people, as we are creative people ourselves, so we are very excited to see what you all come up with. No rules. Have fun. This is a fun place, where we are serious about serving good, responsible food to very happy customers.
