Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Create landscape designs for homeowners. The target audience is individual homeowners that want to create a landscape that is beautiful. It is an outdoor living space that is an extension of their home (they are as happy to be outside in their garden/ outdoor space as to be inside their house) and is an environment that is also loved by birds, butterflies, hummingbirds, etc. In other words, it is harmonious to all the creatures that live in that space.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

I like that is is fairly simple, feminine (because this is a female owned (me) and run company. It has color and conveys something about the product (though not overt... this is perhaps a little to abstract about what the product is)
I like that it is focused on what the business actually is... I like that there are eye catching colors though these particular colors are not in line with what I would want for my logo.
I like the simplicity, the business name and the focus on the prickly pear. (not sure if that is the name of a restaurant or other business)
It is colorful but in a harmonious way... The whimsical picture conveys clearly what the business is about but does it in a fun and eye catching way. I like the somewhat feminine font
I would like for a pair of feminine looking garden gloves that are a little dirtied up (like on the fingertips) be the focus of the logo to help create a visual memory that will be tied to my business name in potential clients minds. I want there to be color so it is attractive to the eye... In nature colors that are cool and soothing. No pure primary colors. If you incorporate other elements such as flowers or cute insects, etc, that would be great.
