We need a logo design for a new company that creates downloadable short courses for team development. The courses are on topics like "Personal Branding", or "Effective Communication". The name Brighten Project comes from the idea of 'being bright', and elevating your skill set and empowering and educating those around you.

The final design should clearly communicate the name as well as something to do with light/knowledge. Also open to having the graphic device using "B" and "P" as a monogram or have those letters integrated in. We like the concept of keys, or intricate sun or moon or light refractions to represent light/bright rather than something too obvious like a lightbulb or basic sun image. The brand colours are black, white, and holographic. We've added some moodboards of designs we like to help explain our vision more. It should be: interesting, unexpected, modern, monochrome so that it could be used in black on white, or in white on black. It should not be: obvious e.g. lightbulbs or brains, not include obvious colours like yellow, too playful, old.
