About us
We are Santo Domingo's first neighborhood butcher shop, seafood, food store, restaurant and bar hybrid. As both a full service, restaurant and shop, our business serves as a community gathering place. Because we know where our animals are raised, what they eat, and how they were slaughtered/harvested, we can promise the best product available. Within the project, the bar is not the protagonist. The protagonism goes in this order: 1- Meat and seafood shop 2- restaurant 3- bar
