About us
The object of the company is the purchase, renovation and new construction of real estate with the purpose of selling or renting them, as well as project management and project development in these areas. Special attention is paid to ensuring that the developed projects are sustainable and energy-efficient. All buildings are built in solid wood and combined with renewable energies such as photovoltaics and greenery, e.g. in the form of roof and façade greening. Furthermore, we try to produce climate-neutrally. Our customers are architects, municipalities or other builders.

The company "NextGenBuilding" is a subsidiary of "CLTECH" whose logo I attach here. It would be great if a relationship of the companies could be recognized in the logo in terms of font and colors. Quick results would be great :-)
