We are a completely new concept! We are a benefit that employers would offer to their employees -paid for by the employer on a per employee fixed basis so that we can provide completely unbiased financial assistance. We're an unbiased financial services platform that connects employees, financial institutions and employers by using next generation technology, engagement science and optimized financial solutions. For example, we can eliminate kick backs and excessive profit and get employees lower cost loans, higher interest savings account, etc. We will provide financial assistants that will get to know our employees and build trusted relationships. We'll help people that are struggling check to check. People stuck with debt, etc. Tagline for employees: We're the unbiased one place to go for all your financial needs.

The word "side" is a reference to us being trusted on our clients' side, unbiased. Integrating with the employer, financial institutions, benefit programs as we bring all sides together to create positive change.
