This design was a late entry in the process. It showed an excellent sense of how to balance font weight and size for appealing visual emphasis in the right ways.
Unlike many entries, it also showed an appreciation for the use of this as a LOGO -- not an illustration -- that is a critical part of successful branding.
Finally, it was easy to ready at any size. That is an appreciation for scalability that -- while not requested -- is very much needed in a good design.

I am a coach and trainer of NLP and relationship coaching and I work fast to get things done. The tag line to my business is 'miracles in minutes' because I do change therapy - mainly for women, and I am all about make change that lasts and doing it fast.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
My target audience are women who have done some personal development who want to take their learnings forward and growing with us. I create a supportive environment for women to learn and grow and allow themselves to be truly themselves, an oasis of calm in women's busy month!!
I want a logo which is simple in design and feminine. I already know that I want to use rust/autumn colours with purple (the royal colour) and I want my design to be just the letters JJMM, with one M inside the other M and the two Js either side of the main M - I want it to be symmetrical and the lettering feminine.
