A modern, thoroughly professional, and equitable recruitment company, specialising in utilising a strong pre-selection process that ensures all proposed candidates are actually suitable for the roles. Our primary candidate pool will be graduates from all disciplines. We need to appeal to both candidates and the companies that will hire them. Our image is highly professional, but approachable. We have a strong emphasis on the use of technology during the recruiting process, and plan to be disruptive in the industry.
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Colours that the designer thinks work well. Up to 3.
The logo will be used across all communications and marketing. Consequently, the justification of the text and image must be correct for use in left and right justified. We will consider versions of the logo for either position. There can be up to three colours. Our name, Tironimo, derives from the latin for recruit, which is "tiro", along with an insinuation that we act quickly ("in a mo"), and an association with "Geronimo". Geronimo was an apache indian, who is often depicted as shouting "geronimo" as a battle cry. For us, it is representative of the fact that we are disruptive: doing things very differently to the established recruitment companies (whose practices are often decried by both candidates and employers). We also hope to have a youthful/playful appeal. Professional does not mean boring or old.
I like green, but it's not essential. Any good colour combination will be good. That said, please follow basic design principles, e.g. be sure to avoid colour combinations that do not work together on screen e.g. red and green.
The final file should be provided in a format where it scales appropriately.
