We are a commercial real estate brokerage headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada that is in its 6 month of operations. In our first 6 months in operation we have sold over $25,000,000 in commercial real estate. We specialize in the sales and leasing of commercial properties, particularily, Industrial Properties, Development Land and large Investment Properties. The principles are in their mid to late twenties and have a bold and aggressive approach to marketing. The principles have an affinity for high end products, places and services, which they would like to see reflected in their brand. Words to describe our brand would be as follows: BOLD, AGGRESSIVE, ACCOUNTABLE, PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE, HARD WORKING, CLEAN. The brand should have some what of an ego to it and be innovative.

The brand needs to be bold, clean, modern and recognizeable. The logo should be simply incorporated into brochures, business cards, presentation packages, marketing materials, signage and website. We would like to get away from using an arrow as it confuses people on our for sale signs, which are 4 feet by 8 feet in size. Compeitive commercial real estate companies include: Colliers International, CBRE, Avison Young, Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ Barnicke. These companies are very corporate in their approach and we would like to differentiate ourselves from them. We see ourselves as cutting adge and the new era of commercial real estate companies. We are open to ideas and colour schemes and will be very interactive with all contestants.
