Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I own and operate a media blasting company. Its called Venture Media Blasting. Short and quick it is “sand blasting” but with different materials (medias). Medias used are things such as crushed glass, recycled bottle glass, garnet, coal slag, sand, walnut shell, corn cob shell etc. As simply as I can put it we make rusty stuff look new. We specialize in taking all coatings such as rust, paint, tar, plastics, vinyl’s, petroleum products etc. off of an object and leave a clean, bare metal and paint ready surface behind. We do anything with wheels. We do large amount of commercial work on storage tanks, airplanes, bridges, concrete, old cars, house restorations, glass etching, concrete etching, real estate restoration work etc.

Two concepts that I want to make sure my logo drives home. We are a mobile business and can go anywhere. The customer is the reason we are doing what we are doing and finding out their “story” and why they want to fix, clean, restore or maintain whatever it is they are calling us to blast on that is what motivates our business. Old men have the best stories, all you have to do is listen. I had the idea of a mountains being made out of the initials VMB with venture media blasting spelled out below to make the ground etc. I think mountains portray a challenge and adventure to look up to and conquer. I also enjoy snow skiing and hiking so I am in the mountains all the time. The company is also located in Montana so mountains and big sky portray that connections as well. The company colors are John deere green or a brighter green and white. I am open to suggestions on the second or third color but would like green to make up the base.
