I started out as the owner of a specialty wine & cheese shop. Now I'm moving my brand into education/tastings/events. I host guided wine/cheese/food tastings for corporate and private events. My target audience is 25-65 year old food lovers, professionals, sophisticated eaters who want an approachable - not stuffy or intimidating - experience with specialty food.
