Note: A diamond can work well for our message; however, the logo does not need to incorporate one just because we had one in our example. We would love it if the designers have unique, creative ideas that can play off our Company's name and/or tie into our company's mission and benefits. We want to provide some guidance, but at the same time we don't want to hinder your creativity, since you all are way more talented and creative than us! If incorporating some other colors help you achieve this, feel free to test it out.
Ideally, we'd want a logo that highlights togetherness and/or conveys the benefits of using our programs and has a positive connotation with it. Most people don't enjoy thinking about personal finances (especially at a young age) so it'd be nice to have a logo that can help highlight "why" they'd want to use it while feeling approachable/relatable. Positive benefits could include: building wealth, saving time, peace of mind, stronger relationships/marriage, achieving goals, being able to participate in and focus on the fun areas of life (vacations, etc.).
We like a clean, creative style that can convey it's message without feeling too busy or generic. We tend to like logos that utilize white space or have multiple meanings (see attached for examples of these). This also goes along with how we named our company, as described earlier. We took a stab at creating a logo already (see attached). It captures building wealth together and uses a diamond to mean wealth and also symbolize the engaged time period. This is just a simple example that was made quickly in Excel (we're accounting/finance minds after all)! Feel free to spin off of this; however, we'd like to encourage designers to use their own creativity and unique ideas as well.
We usually will use the logo with the words "financially engaged," and we would like to see the words positioned in a variety of ways around the logo. We'd also like the logo to be able to standalone without the words in some cases.
As we'll be using the logo in a variety of different ways (web, print, color, black/white, transparent, etc.) we'd like to receive all the file types to accommodate these uses.
