DO NOT USE treasure chests, maps, coins, jewels or any typical treasure hunt icons.
Pay VERY VERY close attention to the sample logos in the brief in terms of layout, energy and strength. READ THIS LINE AGAIN. Do not try to reproduce these logos but these logos work for their own products.
The preferred colours above do not mean you cannot use other colours at all - this logo needs to be colourful
Key elements you will need to include in your logo: the glow, a hint at the spiritual/ethereal, search/hunt, discovery, energy, power, colour - all with a little bit of fun. The kids and teachers should look at this logo and it will really speak to them about the revolutionary programme they are involved in.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCITING AND DYNAMIC LOGO WITH DEPTH AND CHARACTER.
Logo will be presented as intro to animated movies in the classroom, therefore it must lend itself to having its elements animated. So a formatted version will also be required in either Layered PSD, Editable PDF (with vectors intact), or Illustrator.
Any characters used should be real people but in silhouette or similar so that features are not seen. No cartoon or CG characters please.
The programme logo should incorporate the words “treasure Hunt” plus allow for a strapline, e.g. “empowering children to become their best” - to be used at a corporate level eg letterhead, business cards. This logo should be flexible enough to become a branding device e.g to allow other messages to replace the corporate strapline with a children friendly version for the classroom that will appear on all the classroom media eg “go with a glow”. Maybe we will produce stickers to give to the kids with different messages e.g. on "invest - become your best" "treasure your treasure"
Some further info on the emotions behind this.....
Even though our whole programme is the practical development of emotional intelligence. We hope to rekindle the importance of the mind and heart, highlighting and endorsing what the internal represents, and to re-embrace the concepts of process and struggle, the main workings of this inner world.
This is a spiritual endeavour to bring G-d into their world. The elevated attitude towards the internal & the utilisation of the inner world in this way (valuing process and struggle) together with the emotional intelligence, breeds happiness, fulfilment and tranquillity, internal and external peace.
In other words emotional intelligence is but a big part of a much bigger whole.
