By offering practical resources such as master classes, dream camps, a weekly gathering, professional development workshops, personalized "dream coaching" and more, we engage youth and adults in creative ways designed to help them: • discover purpose and promise • pursue courageous dreams and destiny • thrive in encouraging and empowering personal relationships and creative community • realize and live probable, improbable, and impossible dreams • awaken others to dream bigger and realize their own impossible dreams

Our dream is to be in 5 cities in 5 years. We value creativity, imagination and play. Not corporate mediocrity. We are looking for a designer who will help us birth a logo that will brand us in 77 distinct communities in Chicago, as well as go with us as we grow as expand into five major US cities in the next few years. Sound fun? We are a community of artists, entrepreneurs and creatives who love playful, celebratory and joyful expressions. We represent many genres and are musicians, visual artists, writers, dancers, etc. We love to make new friends, whether they identify as "artistic" or not.
