We are a new non-profit community based organisation to engage and empower young people (18-35) to actively campaign in the political process.

I'd like to explore the following colors:
Blues: Knowledge, trust, calm and honesty.
However a little of Red, Yellow and Black also fit with the brief.

We want a animated cartoon figure as our logo - ideally in a suit with a closed fist in one hand.
We want to use this logo everywhere so we need a instantly recognisable figure who is seen to be talking or yelling.
The figure doesn't necessarily need to be human.
The winning design should include a image with our brand and one without.
As a rule I grade entries as they are submitted. I then regrade depending on new submissions. If your submission is a 4 or 5 it is on track to move to next stage.
