BeerdMeister is an exquisite craft beer brewed in Alberta, Canada by King of Springs Brewery. It exudes youthfulness, yet sophistication. Currently there are three brews, an IPA, a pilsner, and a seasonal cream ale, with more to come. Our target audience is beer drinkers of all ages really, lets say 18-60 for example, who appreciate craft beer at a reasonable price. We want it to appeal to and be accessible to all. We want people to enjoy good beer and not have to pay a limb for it.
Let me break down the name for you:
'Beerd' - a play on words of the wildly trendy "beard movement". A beard represents personal style, diversity. Each mans beard is unique to them, something they're truly proud of, something people notice, respect, and always compliment on, something that becomes a part of the man. Other men envy a good beard, and women love a good beard. That's metaphoric to our craft beer, "BeerdMeister".
'Meister' - literal definition - "denoting a person described as skilled or prominent in a specified area of activity". Made by people well-versed and talented in brewing quality craft beer... just like growing a good, quality beard takes time, care, and love, it's a craft.
The look and feel we'd like is something unique that stands out and differentiates us from other brands/logos. We'd like to go for a "craft brew" type look and feel, something that represents quality. Something fun and unique, yet simplistic and not busy. Inspiration words that come to mind when I think of our product are vintage, craft, fresh, trendy.
Please do offer your own suggestions for colours and such as well now that you have a better idea of what we're looking for.
