About us
We're a volunteer-led canicross group. We host 1-to-1 and group canicross tasters, and 5km/10km runs. 100% of the money we raise, we donate to dog shelters. Canicross (canine + cross-country) is a fast growing sport, originating from the Scandinavian dog sledding community. It is essentially running in sync with your dog(s) often on trails. People wear a running belt attached to a bungee lead, and the dog wears a special running harness. We aim to introduce people to the sport, grow awareness and build a community (we're inclusive - all humans & all dog breeds welcome). Canicross is a great way to keep fit, healthy and happy with your dog.
