California Crepes
We're a new restaurant in a mall in California. We're looking to bring a fresh and healthy twist to the classic Parisian street food, crepes. Think everything great about San Diego -- our mall is minutes from the water
Our customers are surfers, healthy moms, business types, California-raised teens who may have never experienced crepes, tourists looking for a California experience. Anyone you'd find in an outdoor, upscale mall in a thriving downtown commerce district. They are looking for something quick and that will keep them moving, but won't be unhealthy and will make them feel good.
Bright, fresh colors that communicate a fresh, fast, delicious and healthy experience.
RESTRICTIONS: Our flagship location is going to be located in a former McDonald's and we will be working with some of the original decor, so the logo must be somewhat compatible with the classic Mickey D's red and yellow. Future branches will NOT also incorporate these colors, so the logo DOES NOT need to include these colors, just not horribly clash with them. Please do NOT use both red AND yellow. Included is a picture of where one of our signs will be placed. The sign style is very classic fifties diner, which is dated for us. You should be careful that the design doesn't look too much like "In n' Out Burger" (an established California fast food chain.)
Think fresh, California, fast and easy. Not "fast-food-y" but quick, clean and bright. Emphasis on "California" style. The beach, sun, surf, and a very relaxed but still on-the-go lifestyle.
Logo should incorporate the name with a non-fussy, timeless typeface.
