Business networking tech startup (mobile app) needs a new logo

We are a mobile app that is the ultimate business networking toolset for growing and managing your network.

Here are some important point to keep in mind:

1) I am attaching our existing logo here. I want to KEEP THE COLOR SCHEME we have. Please use the same blue, orange and grey colors we have in the existing logo. If you want to add in some black or white, that's OK. But aside from the colors, I want a FRESH design.

2) We are a TECH STARTUP and we are a mobile app. Therefore we are looking for a logo that is in the same style as other hip tech startups. Also keep in mind that the icon should also good eye-catchy as an app icon on your phone.

3) It is important to understand the PURPOSE of our app. Basically, most people treat business networking like it's just a lead collecting process. But networking is about BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS and it involves moving relationships from Acquaintance to Trusted Contact to Friend. That process is accomplished by HELPING those people in large or small ways - being of value to them and thereby developing a large network of people that are INTERESTED IN YOUR SUCCESS, which allows you to accomplish more in your life and business because you have the support of others.

4) The MEANING of the word LincSphere is "Your sphere of influence, which is made up of the links (relationships) you have with other people" (in other words "your network").
