NICKART came up with a very creative design from my somewhat scattered brief. After that he continued to work with me to refine it based on my requests. In the end I realized that his initial concept was really the best. He was very responsive and prompt with adjustments.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am a subspecialist surgeon for Kidneys, Bladders, Prostates i.e. Urological Surgeon.
Target audience is community doctors.
The logo will go on correspondence and advertising to doctors and other health professionals.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
It would be best the text (MR KEVIN MCMILLAN... credentials .... business name) and the logo be separate entities. The main use of the text and logo will be in letterhead.
Our current letters are typed in word format in Arial.
Correspondence can often be faxed in advance of postal - as such it would be optimal if the logo were to translate well by fax (i.e. when black and white). Currently blue has been the colour of our product.
My specialist interest is in surgery of the kidney where only the tumour is removed from the kidney, and the kidney reconstructed i.e. partial nephrectomy.
I would like a logo/design which represents this - and have attached a image of what it "looks like".
I have attached some other images of kidneys which may help in translating a simple illustration of kidneys.
