RESINC - We would like the "SINC" part to be a different colour of accented.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
RESINC is the only business of it's type in Australia. We have three departments. Solar Batteries, Mortgage Refinance and Investment property. In simple terms, RESINC allows customers to invest in high quality battery solar systems through a solar home loan. RESINC finds the home owner a more competitive home loan package that costs the customer less money each month. RESINC then re-purposes those savings, along with the savings of the solar energy system, to fund the entire upgrade. So the customer pays less in monthly mortgage fees as well as less in monthly energy costs. Customers can use those monthly savings and apply them to their mortgage repayments, thereby accelerating their repayments and taking years of their loan period.
Philisppically, we RE-SINC our customers finances from a state of pain to a state of pleasure. The RE-SINC process allows customers to save money on their two biggest costs (mortgage repayments + energy costs) and reapply those savings for a better lifestyle.
Effectively, we use battery solar and better mortgage rates to accelerate home loan repayments.
The target audience is 35 to 50 Australian homeowners looking to save money on their energy costs and home loans.

We are about RE-SINCING the finances of our customers so they can enjoy the life they deserve. I would like to see the idea of bring chaos into calm or disorganisation into organisation/comfort.
Customer are concerned about their cost of living and all the different costs they have to worry about. If RESINC can tackle two of their biggest outgoings (Mortgage and Energy) then it makes sense to use us.
