We have a logo (although it's perhaps more of a "banner") that we've used for several years, but would now like to stand out with something fresh. The current logo and more info about us is available at NCBGH.org, but the logo is also attached here. The current logo includes our slogan of "advocate, innovate, educate" which makes it a bit busy, and we do not necessarily need to have it included in the new logo. (The old logo also includes an additional slogan line, "Promoting a better healthcare delivery system" which is also not needed in a new logo.) The new logo should look good in color, but translate to Black and White as well (something which the flag in the current logo does not.) We'd like to have North Carolina reflected, so consider including an outline of the state of North Carolina (rather than the flag) in some manner. While including our full name would be nice, just incorporating the initials NCBGH may be acceptable as well, depending on the design. The bottom line is that we want something unique but professional that portrays an image as a "business group on health".

Modern and minimalistic, featuring abstract human figure inside crystal-like structure. Overal logo reminds on neuron brain connections and its fitted into hexagonal/cube shape which is vrsatile enough to be used with horizontal or vertical layout and will look great standalone as avatar. Lettering is clear, bold and customised, and though only two colors are used, design look just as good in monochrome.
