Pizzuti Development needed a new logo design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 107 designs submitted by 17 freelance designers.
Charlestown Commerce Center
We are looking for a logo to corner stone the modernizing of our Business Center. We are over hauling all of our marketing materials and the buildings themselves. The logo appears on a billboard at the front of the building, on all entry doors, and will soon headline a monumental entry sign to the property.
We are a business center located a short five minute drive from downtown Boston in Charlestown, MA. Some of our tenants include organic food distributors, event planners, graphic arts print shops, among many others. The diversity of businesses at our Commerce Center has created a symbiotic relationship fostering increased business opportunities. The design of a new logo will launch a facelift of the building for the existing tenants while aiming to attract potential new tenants.
We previously ran this contest a month ago and did not receive a design that we could call a winner. We are re-running this contest with additional material posted and a narrowed set of requirements to prompt a winning design. We are extremely active during the contest and have completed two previous contests. Please don’t be afraid to participate.
Our target audience is potential and current tenants. Check out our website to get a feel for our existing tenants.
Attached are pictures of the two brick buildings that comprise CCC. Also attached our three examples of how they can be incorporated into a logo. In the first contest we left a lot of room for designers to create an original logo to symbolize the existing businesses here at CCC. This time we have decided to use the buildings as the starting point for your creativity.
DO NOT simply provide digital versions of the attached examples.
The logo will be displayed in scales ranging from a billboard down to letterhead. Please consider scale in your designs.
