Burd Raulston, PLLC is a local Chattanooga, TN law firm with the knowledge and experience to help our clients’ reach their goals. As your attorneys, Burd Raulston wants to provide you with the care and attention you deserve, while zealously advocating for your rights. We understand that, while our attorneys deal with these sometimes unfortunate parts of life on a daily basis, this is likely one of the few times you will ever consult an attorney. As such, we strive to make this experience as easy and stress free as possible. What we do: Real estate transactions and closings, title-clearing, business formations (including nonprofit), commercial contracts, lease agreements, civil litigation, bankruptcy litigation, estate planning, trusts, asset protection, and probate.
