TRIE came up with an original design that perfectly brought together all aspects of the design brief. Great work.
How Nancyu started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I'm looking for a logo for my personal brand. I inspire, educate, and empower families to use their students' achievements to pay less for college, and advocate for families' rights to know how to create options for how much they spend. A big focus in empowering teens to maximize their potential, engage in meaningful community service, and benefit from having "skin in the game." I want to uplevel my brand to consult with key decision makers as well as families who want to give their teens the best advantages. My focus is on empowering teens (and families) rather than enabling them.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
I like Pantone blue 072. I've envisioned only one color for my logo so it can be more versatile in its application. However I would be interested in exploring the idea of several versions all in the same design -- blue, all white and all black, and several colors including blue for when we need a "pop" of branding!
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
I love the feel but am concerned it's not as legible and has a lot of type so when made small (like below a quote card on FB) it would be hard to read.
it reminds me of Apple which is clean, crisp and easily recognized with a shape. Mine would have 3 stars along with my name.
I like the lettering and color gradation but need it to be strong. Feminine is ok but not too feminine.
sophisticated but too linear. My corporate logo has a similar shape and I want my personal logo to feel distinct.
old fashioned. very appealing but may not suit the brand image.
I like the font and playfulness.
I envision my name with 3 stars in the logo. The stars may be of different sizes or the same size. I'd like to be able to use the logo in all white or all black as well as a solid cobalt blue. I think I want something with clean lines. I am launching a new You Tube channel, growing my reach on FB with a public figure page (Nancy Paul - Prepared for college. Empowered for life.) in addition to a personal page and business page Three Wishes College Strategies. I plan to use the new personal logo as a signature on quote cards, videos, collateral, etc.
