VoiceVoice (was: maestroconference.com)
MaestroConference (http://maestroconference.com), a leading edge social conferencing start-up, is changing its name to VoiceVoice and needs a new corporate identity.
Bored with the passivity of traditional conference calls, webinars and TV, and frustrated by the lack of genuine human relationships in social media, we created a new technology platform for social conferencing. By blending the simplicity of a traditional conference call with social features, our platform enables real conversation within large groups of participants. The conference host can move thousands of people into small groups of any size, and group people by region, interest, or other characteristics. We are experts in the art of facilitated conversation. We help our clients leverage mingling, networking and dialogue to better engage constituents, donors and customers. This and other social features differentiate us from competitors like WebEx and places us more in the social media / social marketing space.
Name Change: We are changing our name to reflect our focus on the power of the many authentic voices on our social conferences, rather than emphasizing the role of the conference host or “maestro.”
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We want to reach marketing managers and decision makers at organizations that want to move people into action (donate, volunteer, or change their behavior), to create real community, to create an emotional impact (inspiration), or to really engage people in a mission -- which has been the holy grail of the social media marketing trend. We want to appeal to leaders responsible for marketing, fundraising or community development at relevant organizations including political organizations, nonprofits, cause marketers and agencies, associations and socially conscious corporations.

About the Identity Design: We are in the Bay Area and are part of the Web 2.0 technology wave. We would like our identity to have a fresh, contemporary feel, however we don’t want to veer into the childlike or cartoonish realm. Rather, we want to convey that this is a sophisticated, reliable platform that can enable deep conversation and authentic relationships between people.

A Conversion Engine for Causes
1. Develop a website “masthead” that will replace our existing Maestroconference two-tone blue masthead (logo plus color for nav bar). See http://www.MaestroConference.com.
2. Develop a complementary logo that will work on white. Should include the words “VoiceVoice”
3. You may use the same color scheme (attached) or you may modify. We do like blue as a primary color but are open to your ideas.
4. The ability to submit right away. We plan to move very quickly both providing feedback and making a decision.
We like the idea of playing off the existing MaestroConference logo (vector attached). We like that the brand implies a forum and conversation. We like the idea of the graphics of the current MC logo (the dots in top right “radiating dots”) coming through to VoiceVoice - possibly with two sets of radiating dots - one for each “Voice” in “VoiceVoice”.
