About us

Virgil Adams Real Estate (VARE) is a small boutique brokerage in Olympia, WA that would like to celebrate its 50th year in business via a complete brand overhaul & redesign. VARE is looking for a timeless update to their already iconic brand. Having built a majority of local communities throughout the area, Virgil's impact resonates throughout homes all across Thurston County. VARE hopes to retain their iconic Green & Blue color palette by modernizing the tones and introducing a few accent colors. The focus of the logo should be to include 'Adams Real Estate' and/or incorporate the acronym VARE.
