Independent Cider uses Pears from heritage orchards planted in the upper wenatchee valley for its 100% pear cider (Perry). The pears are juiced, fermented to dryness, and aged in the orchards they were grown in. In an industry dominated by fruit juice concentrates and bulk tankers, Independent Cider only utilizes fresh pressed pears that has been cultivated from our farmland for generations. Our flagship product is a 100% Perry (Pear Cider) using only pears from our orchards. This is going to be our base for any other styles we create for the near future. Basically, if we decide to do something different, we'll add a flavor including local berries and regional botanicals for example.
